Guidelines for Company Sponsored Social Events

• one per week maximum, the date scheduled on a first come, first serve basis
• the sponsoring companies arranges food pick-up, delivery and distribution -- HKN will provide a designated venue
• no presentations (including video)
• social must be informal (no suits and ties)
